We completely understand, we have busy lives and it's easy to forget your general well being and health and make time for yourself. So, G Force have created a programme specifically for women that promotes your mental and physical development while teaching you the skill of martial arts.
As well as learning a new skill, our Ladies martial arts courses are a great place to socialise, make new friends, and burn some calories. You will increase your personal fitness and well-being, learn various martial arts techniques and make new friends in a fun and friendly environment! You will find all of our ladies classes fun but challenging. We will motivate you to push yourself and test your ability and you will gain confidence throughout. The skills we teach are designed to not only help you with your martial arts skills, but to help you outside classes too, increasing your general confidence in everyday life and encouraging you to believe in yourself and your own abilities.
If you enrol in our Ladies martial arts sessions, we'll help you achieve your fitness objectives while teaching you a new skill and improving your general wellbeing.
We only ask that you attend two lessons per week and give it your all. We can take care of the rest.
